Faces in the Fashion Photography Industry

 

The first thing that strikes you immediately in a person is many times the face.

 

Look around you, have you ever noticed that although there are millions of people around the world there is no face which is exactly the same as the other ??

You can see different faces all the time everywhere

 

Features like big lips, high cheek bones, big eyes etc can make the model stand out much better. Then the make up artist can make these features stand out more and enhance them with his/her professional techniques. A good model must always be aware of her best profile and her best feature so that the work that the makeup artist would have done, would result excellent for the photographer.

 

Symmetrical faces are not always the best choice. Fortunately there is no such "perfect face"

 

Special characteristics in the face are sometimes needed to portray special emotions, or situations. Together with the makeup artist, stylist, props and the photographer this would result in an original production.

 

To reach this goal a lot of experimental work must be done, followed by determination and stamina.

 

Normal Faces, Fashionable faces. Ideas and inspiration. Start looking around you and notice. Inspire yourself from the simplest thing that you notice and think about it, dream about it and apply it to your photography or makeup and make it real. This is how art is created. It should be your inner thought expressed to the outside world. When you create art this way you are sure to succeed and have the best results.
